BIPOC+ is an identity acronym like LGBTQ+.
BIPOC+ represents Black, Indigenous, People of Colour + White allies. The '+' in BIPOC+ symbolizes the bridge synchronizing all people as ONE united human race.
As ONE race, we must respect and honour the strength, equivalency and differences of each other while being honest in how we acknowledge, address & repair historical and present day injustices to restore collective peace through truth and reconcili-action.

Note: The 'W' in "white" is typically not capitalized in written content to symbolically dismantle the ideology of white racial supremacy that has dehumanized and colonized nations of people around the globe.
